Given the growing numbers of unemployed people (myself included), there lies a huge opportunity for a vocational project. What better way to publicize Rotary, help businesses grow and help people find work.

Answering the need of businesses and the people of our district, the Merrimack Valley Rotary Club http://www.mvrotary.blogspot.com/ is developing a monthly network night to help jumpstart the economy. Our goal is to help people and businesses connect for jobs and additional work to bridge the current economic downturn. This vocational project is expected to branch out to other clubs seeking to participate through their own network events.
